Booking confirmation
After completion of your tour-booking, you will receive an automatic email with booking-details. Please check your spam or junk folder if you haven’t received it. If you don’t receive an email, please mail us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. as this could mean your payment didn’t go through or other errors.

Changing your booking
If you’d like to change the time or date of your already existing booking, you can do so by sending us a mail at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. within 48 hours of your tour. In the mail, please include the name you used when booking, the tour you booked and the new time you’d like to move it to. Note that we cannot change your booking if it is within 48 hours of starting your tour. For under 48 hours before your tour, please refer to “Cancellation policy: Your request”.


Cancellation policy: Your request
If you’d like to cancel the tour, please contact us through email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. at least 48 hours before the tour starts.
~48 hours before tour: 100% refund
~24 hours before tour: 80% refund
Same day as the tour until 1 hour before: 20% refund
1 hour ~ after tour: 0% refund

Cancellation policy: Our fault
If there are cases where we cannot run the tour as scheduled, we will contact you by mail as soon as possible. If a reschedule is possible, we will arrange this. If not, you will get a full refund.

Cancellation policy: Others
Should there be dangerous natural disasters like earthquakes, storms, typhoons or transportation-issues like cancelled public transport, we will mail you as soon as possible to cancel the tour. We will issue a full refund.
In cases where you can’t show up to the tour due to transportation issues, please email us as soon as possible with proof like a picture, and we will fully refund you in these cases.

Transportation policy
During our tours, we will sometimes use public transportation. The cost of transportation is in the price of your tour.
We do not have a company car, so our transportation methods will be walking, bus, train, tram, subway or ropeway.
Should you want to rather travel by taxi, this needs to be paid by the guests including the cost for the guide’s taxi should there not be space for everyone in one.

Entrance fee for guided places
During some of our tours, we will have to pay a fee to enter. These include temples, museums, castles, special events etc. The cost of this will be in the price of your tour, so the guide will handle payment during the tour.
If you want to change the itinerary of the tour and it costs more than the original itinerary, you will have to pay the excess cost.

Extra cost
If you’d like to buy something during the tour like food, drink, souvenirs etc. this will not be covered in the tour price. Please purchase from your own pocket.

Liability limitations
All travel involves some degree of risk, and while we take every reasonable precaution to ensure your safety and comfort, participation in our tours is at your own discretion. We cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience that may occur to participants or their personal belongings during the course of our services.
It is hereby understood that you and your participants are of sound, stable physical health.

Other terms & conditions
By using our services, you agree to respect all our policies and the laws as well as the safety of our staff, fellow travellers and local communities.

If you:

  1. engage in illegal activity,

  2. endanger your own safety or that of others,

  3. harass, threaten, or abuse Company staff, representatives, or other travelers (including contacting them through personal social media accounts, private phone numbers, or email, or publicly naming/shaming them),

  4. damage or steal property,

  5. ignore essential instructions from our guides or representatives (especially those related to safety or local regulations), or

  6. disrupt or interfere with the safety or enjoyment of others,

The company reserves the right to terminate your participation in the tour immediately.

If your participation is terminated, you will not be entitled to any refund and will be responsible for any additional costs you incur (such as transportation or accommodation). In serious cases, we may also report the incident to local authorities and seek compensation for damages.
